Renowned German lifestyle brand The Cloud One Hotels has officially launched sales for its latest venture in the United States — The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood. Located at 2215 NW 1st Place, this new mixed-use development will introduce a unique blend of upscale condominium residences and hotel services to the heart of Miami’s creative epicenter.
Rising eight stories and spanning half a city block, The Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood marks the brand’s first ground-up development in the U.S. and the debut of its residential concept globally. The project is led by a joint venture between the Motel One Group, German developer Ralf Büschl of BÜSCHL Group of Companies, and Sebastian Lüdke of ALP.X Group, with Fortis Design + Build managing local development.
